3 Creative Drinks You Can Make with PWR LIFT

1. For Your Sweet Tooth: Blueberry Dessert Smoothie 

Ingredients:

1 cup Blueberry Pomegranate PWR LIFT

1/2 cup frozen avocado chunks or 1/2 fresh avocado

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

1/2 banana (frozen or fresh)

1 serving of unflavored collagen

Almond (or your choice of nut butter) drizzle

Fresh blueberries for topping

Granola for topping

Instructions:

Drizzle your glass with almond butter or your choice of nut butter. Blend all other ingredients and pour into your glass. Top with fresh blueberries and your choice of granola.

 

2. For Your Next Night Out: Berry Strawberry Spritz Mocktail (Or Cocktail)

Ingredients:

1/2 bottle of Berry Strawberry PWR LIFT

1/4 cup fresh strawberries

1/4 cup fresh blackberries

1/2 can blackberry sparkling water

Ice

Fresh strawberry slice for garnish

Instructions:

Muddle the strawberries and blackberries in your glass. Add the PWR LIFT, ice, and sparkling water and garnish with a fresh strawberry slice. Spike it (with your favorite alcohol) if you want it!

 

3. For Your Morning Protein: Orange Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup Orange Mango PWR LIFT

1 cup frozen mango

1/2 banana (frozen or fresh)

Orange slice for garnish

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients together and garnish with an orange slice.
